We dedicate resources and time to initiating your services from the start of each billing cycle; hence, we cannot offer refunds once these services are underway.

Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly service subscription with Klaviad at any time. However, please note that the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of your last paid billing cycle.
2. Digital Products

14-Day Refund Guarantee: We offer a 14-day refund guarantee on digital products purchased from Klaviad. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
